About Stephanie


Prior to starting her own firm in 2013, Stephanie worked for Ernst and Young, LLP (a “Big Four” accounting and professional services firm) and Meadows, Collier, Reed, Cousins, Crouch & Ungerman, LLP (a Dallas-based tax boutique law firm). She has represented some of the wealthiest taxpayers and worked with some of the largest companies in the country. She has represented numerous entrepreneurs in controversies with the IRS. She has extensive experience before the U.S. Tax Court, in addition to practicing in the federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has also worked on cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, ruling requests submitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and applications submitted to the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board.
